아울러 이제까지 축적해온 소아 청소년들 진료자신만의 지식 및 정보를 현실적으로 사용해서 부모가 아이에 대한 객관적인 상황를 인지하고 이를 바탕으로 적당한 의료적인 피드백을 받을 수 있는 실습 플랫폼도 구축할 계획입니다. 정성관 이사장은 “병자뿐만 아니라 보호자에게도 플랫폼 기반의 비대면 쌍방향 소통이 필요하다”며 “플랫폼 기반 비대면 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션 시스템 구축은 감염 질병을 예비하는 또 다른 지름길이 될 것”이라고 강조했다.
